Competitive paintball
Our goal is to accelerate the growth of competitive paintball in New Zealand so that our high-level teams have a greater training pool for our international competitions.
What does it look like?
In 2023 our team will train in the following ways
fortnightly home training
This training is the easiest to join, we invite players of all abilities and have a mechanical division to ease people into it. We often host selection competitions where players are given a competition draw and play in competitive games which are spread out through our training day. This enables individuals to receive points for participating and we have prizes for best in the term
Weekly skills training (no paint)
Hosted in Newtown this training is all about sprints, sliding, core strength and playing positions. It’s purely fitness and requires no equipment other than shoes. We ask that you give a Koha to the coach for the day between $2-$30, or cup cakes ;)
Inter field training
We have selected dates to train with our teams both on our field and away. This ensures that we are all learning at a high level and increases the diversification of skills.
Competitions
We have reserved the dates for up to 8 tournaments our team will play in.
