HOUSE RULES

  • Do not consume any alcohol before or during your session.

  • Respect our staff and their decisions. Make sure you pay attention to the rules and any advice given during your session.

  • Please take care of our equipment and respect the property grounds. This means using the rubbish bins provided, staying inside field bounds and keeping your gear in good playing condition.

  • As tempting as it may be to step-in when kids are misbehaving, we kindly ask parents to allow the staff members full control of the booking from beginning to finish. The best thing you can do for the kids is listen to the safety instructions as if you are playing. Let us handle the rest.

 

BOOKING POLICY

  • Sessions run for two hours, during which you can expect to play between 3 - 5 different games (1hr 45 for reduced impact). These games will be suggested to you on the day and you're more than welcome to suggest games.

  • Minimum group sizes apply and can be found here.

  • We will look to put groups together in singular bookings (the more people, the more fun), while making sure that groups of adults do not get put with groups of kids.

  • If you would like to make your scenario private select the privacy request.

  • A $50 deposit is required when making a booking. This is credited to your total spend on the day. Please ring 0800 4 PB Corp if you would like to pay this via Internet Banking

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your booking for a full refund.

  • Reschedules must be made within a minimum of 24 hours of reserved day and you may reschedule up to 1 year from your original date.

  • each time you reschedule we will ask to increase your deposit by $50.

  • You may only reschedule 2 times per year.

Paintball is a winter sport, although some prefer to play on a sunny day. We will take you through any weather but if you wish to play in better conditions, you must reschedule at least 3 hours prior to your booking.

Privacy policy

Paintball Corp collects information about all it's candidates, for statistical analysis. contact information given is not mandatory and only used to provide a post game analysis unless otherwise indicated by the customer
